CNC Turning Line
High-volume precision part production is carried out on our CNC lathes with automatic loaders. The line is planned for uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
CNC Machining Centers
Parts with complex geometries are machined in a single setup on our vertical machining centers; CAD/CAM integration minimizes programming time.
Plastic Injection Presses
Mass production across a wide range, from technical parts to packaging components, is carried out on our injection presses of various tonnages.
Mold Shop
We design, machine and test our molds in-house. Maintenance and repair services extend mold life and protect production continuity.
Assembly & Packaging Line
Manufactured components are assembled on our line, labeled to customer requirements and packaged ready for shipment.
Quality Control Laboratory
All measurements, from raw material intake to the final product, are performed in our laboratory; every shipment is documented with a measurement report.
