Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Arhan Group ("the Company") as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed and Collection Method

Through the contact and application forms on our website, the data you share — full name, e-mail address, phone number, company information and message content — is collected electronically and by non-automatic means. For career applications, your resume information may also be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Receiving and responding to quote requests,
Conducting partnership and supply processes,
Evaluating job applications and managing recruitment processes,
Tracking requests and complaints and conducting communication activities,
Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, and is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary for the purposes stated above, to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations, and to our group companies and service providers (IT infrastructure, legal, financial advisory, etc.). Your data is not transferred abroad without your explicit consent.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes, taking into account the statutory limitation periods; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
To request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To object to any adverse outcome resulting from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
To claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.
